The Magic Fountains of Montjuic are a treat to see in Barcelona! The light and music performances from October to April take place on Fridays and Saturdays every half-hour between 7:00 and 8:30pm and from May to September, Thursday through Sunday every half-hour between 9:00 and 11:00pm.

Another beautiful shore excursion is to the Barcelona Montserrat. This Montserrat is a spectacularly beautiful Benedictine monk mountain retreat about one hour North West from Barcelona by train. This Monastery of significant religious importance is surrounded by natural beauty and simply breathtaking.

The Spanish quarter of Barcelona is always a treat to take a stroll through. There is plenty of shopping and make sure you stroll down the famous market street of La Rambia to see its living statues.
